Johann Greischberger

Johann Greischberger's farm has been an organic hay dairy for over 30 years. The cows are fed only fresh grass on pasture, without any concentrated feed. Some of the grassland is cultivated with single mowing and there are also old orchards around the farm. This preserves and creates a valuable habitat for animals and humans. With the natural wooden stick made by the father, a game that has been a favourite since time immemorial has been revived. The material for the wooden sticks comes from the farm's own forest, which, like the rest of the farm, is managed according to organic-biological guidelines.
