Restoration of grassland habitats
With upland farmer Michael Keegan from Ireland and organic farmer Jakob Mayer from Austria
Michael Keegan and Jakob Mayer reported on their experiences in restoring grassland habitats. Examples include: refraining from fertilizing, planting and caring for hedges and trees, and rewetting wet areas. Together with the participants we then discussed the topic.
The Kitchentable Talk will be held in two languages (English and German) with simultaneous translation.
