At the Lingenhel family farm, sustainable, mindful management in the cycle of nature has top priority, because only what happens in the cycle of nature will last. This ranges from composting to animal-friendly husbandry of the original brown cattle, the preservation and utilisation of old fruit varieties, the marketing of own products in the farm's own organic shop through to the building design with green roofs, solar and photovoltaic systems. We as humans can never be healthier than the plants and animals from which we obtain our food - a motto of the farm that the Lingenhel family puts into practice in every step of their work and actions.
