Biodiversity-friendly fruit and vegetable cultivation
With organic farmers Rasa und Andrius Prusakovai from Lithuania and Armin Rauch from Austria
Rasa and Andrius Prusakovai will report on how they grow vegetables in Lithuania using particularly soil-friendly methods and what role cattle and chickens play in this. Armin Rauch will report on his permaculture farm at over 900 m above sea level and how he grows a variety of fruits and vegetables there with the help of natural cycles.Together with all participants, we would like to talk about how natural fruit and vegetable cultivation can be economically successful.
The kitchentable talk will take place in two languages (German and Lithuanian), there will be a simultaneous translation.
